How to order

We dry age our beef here in our salt lined cold store at Bailey Hill Farm, and it is cut in our butchery. We do a carcass most weeks, with our butcher in on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We sell mixed boxes or individual cuts. Most of our beef is pre ordered and collected from us on Thursday and Friday evenings each week. We use a mailing list to remind people to order, and to tell them what is left to buy from the chiller after orders are made up. 

To order

  • Contact us using the details below any time to place an advance order* or ask what we have in stock.
  • Ask if you would like to be added to our mailing list, and you will receive a reminder each week, and a note of what is available to buy from the chiller at the end of each week.  
  • The email will contain a list of standard cuts and prices. If you would like something you can't see on the list just ask, we can usually do requests. 
  • We will arrange collection or courier delivery with you. Most people collect Thursdays 4-8pm or Fridays 4-7pm but we can arrange other times if need be. 
  • Payment can be made by cheque, cash, card or bank transfer on collection or in advance.
  • Most customers collect from Bailey Hill Farm in Chalfont St Giles. We can also arrange collection from Green End Farm in Sarratt. 

Directions
  • Bailey Hill Farm is on the A413 Amersham Road between Chalfont St Giles and Amersham. We are on the right going towards Amersham, opposite Gorilla Self Storage (and about half a mile before the Ivy House Pub - if you get there you've gone too far!). 
  • Green End Farm in Sarratt is on Church Lane between the allotments and the Cock Inn, on the left hand side if driving away from the village. 



*We will always do our best to match your order and will usually manage to. If one cut proves more popular than we can provide it will be first come first served. If we have run out of what you want we may suggest alternative cuts.
