We proudly source our venison from a trusted local deer stalker who carries out ethical deer management on behalf of local landowners. Completely wild and naturally free-ranging, our venison is 100% pasture-fed, a true reflection of the landscape it comes from. While not formally certified as pasture-fed, this is wild meat at its purest: sustainable, natural, and rich in flavour.
We do not sell our venison weekly like we do with our other meat as we cannot always get a regular supply, we notify our customers via our mailing list when we get venison supplied to us.
