Our Lamb
Our lamb is raised here on our pastures, where the sheep graze freely on natural grasses for a rich, clean flavour you can taste. Our Sheep Flock
Our flock consists of Exlana sheep which are a modern, easy-care breed developed for efficiency, sustainability, and excellent meat quality.
They are known for their ability to shed wool naturally, reducing the need for shearing keeping stress down and management time to a minimum.
Their diet is based on natural pasture, a mix of grasses, clover, and herbal leys, producing healthy animals and outstanding meat quality.
Our flock convert grass into lean, tender meat without the need for heavy supplementation. The result is a low-input, environmentally friendly system that delivers exceptional flavour and quality straight from the field.
