We sell mixed boxes or individual cuts. Most of our meat is pre-ordered and collected from us when we are open on a Wednesday, Thursday or Friday evenings and Saturday mornings. We use a mailing list to remind customers to order, and to let them know what is left to buy, on a Wednesday, after orders are made up.
