Our chicken

Our chicken is supplied by Potash Farm Foods in Gubblecote, near Tring. All the birds are free range and slow grown. They are reared in small groups with access to traditional pasture. They are then processed in our butchery on the farm by our wonderful butchers minimising their carbon footprint.
